Inquiry desk

Send a building brief to GridPoint Sourcing

This page is the full desk, with a reading path beside the form. The compact dialog elsewhere on the site is only the form. Here the columns explain where a note goes, how a reply is addressed, and what the desk will not invent.

Where the brief goes

Use the stepped form on this page. No street address is published, so there is nowhere to mail a roll of drawings. Describe existing files in the requirement box. The desk will say how to pass copies after the written scope is clear. A map pin is not offered because no public counter exists.

How replies are addressed

The work email field is the return path. A telephone number may be typed into the form and is not displayed on the site. GridPoint Sourcing will not invent a local exchange to resemble a branch of another company. Social accounts are not listed for the same reason.

When the desk reads it

Review timing requires confirmation. This page publishes no response-time or delivery commitment. Wind speed, ground snow load, module size, quantity, and destination still have to be in the note before a factory is asked to price.

If the opening message names a searched brand and nothing else, the reply asks for floor-to-ceiling height, transport width, primary system, and which of shell, delivered, installed, or turnkey should be priced. A place-name inside a search query is not substituted for the real jurisdiction or the seismic design category.

Write units beside each dimension and label any budget by currency and per-unit or whole-order basis. Leave unknown design criteria for the project team to confirm; a reference company address does not set the destination or code jurisdiction.

Three steps, one requirement

  1. 1 · Company
  2. 2 · Budget preference
  3. 3 · Building requirement

Step through company details, an optional budget, and the building requirement. Supplier tier is a buyer preference. A live quotation is not required to submit.

Submitting lets the desk review the brief and ask factories for quotations on that written scope. Read the Privacy Policy. Stock, price, code compliance, and brand compatibility stay unconfirmed until a named supplier answers the exact system.
