How two cards share one comparison basis

A volumetric box and a panelized wall can cover the same floor area and still differ in crane time, weather exposure, and the foundation interface. Write length, width, and floor-to-ceiling height once. If a supplier shortens a module or adds a field joint, mark that as a substitution.

Camp, classroom, warehouse, and hangar cards are use families. A sanitary module, a dock door, and a hangar door impose different header loads. State the opening and who supplies the door. If the first request is shell only, keep delivered, installed, and turnkey figures off that line.

Insulated envelopes need a named panel or a liner-and-blanket note, plus the thermal transmittance or R-value being priced. When the jurisdiction asks for a fire-resistance rating, the citation has to name the assembly that will ship.
