These terms cover use of the GridPoint Sourcing website and the inquiry desk that receives building requirements. They do not create a construction contract, a supply agreement, or any relationship with a brand a visitor may have searched.
The desk records a written brief and may forward that brief to factories so they can prepare quotations for alternative modular buildings, camps, and steel systems. A submission is a request for that coordination. It is not an order, a notice to proceed, or acceptance of a price. Stock, lead time, and the ability of a supplier to meet a code edition remain unknown until that supplier answers the exact system, quantity, and destination.
The business buyer chooses whether to continue with any quotation. Where the project needs a licensed design professional or a permit, those duties stay with the buyer and the people the buyer engages. GridPoint Sourcing does not act as the engineer of record and does not tell an authority having jurisdiction that a building complies.
Shell, delivered, installed, and turnkey descriptions on this site are labels for keeping scope apart. They are not a tariff. Volumetric, panelized, folding, and rigid-frame notes are method labels for the same reason. Optional budget figures and supplier preferences typed into the form are buyer notes. They are merged into the requirement text at submission and are not separate database fields and not verified ratings.
Do not submit another person credentials, malware, or a request that asks the desk to impersonate a manufacturer. Do not treat page text as a warranty. Drawings, calculations, and certificates mentioned as items to request are examples of evidence a supplier may be asked to provide. This website does not host those files and does not certify them.
Information is published so a buyer can prepare a clearer brief. It may be incomplete for a specific site. To the extent the law allows, the desk is not liable for a permit denial, a freight change, a fabrication error by a third party, or a decision to award a contract. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
The page can be updated when the inquiry process changes. Continued use after an update is use of the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent through the same requirement form used for building briefs, with the word terms in the first line so the note is not mistaken for a quotation request.
